Summary:As an IAM Technical Architect and Designer in the Security Delivery job family, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure identity and access management solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing security requirements, and developing technical solutions to protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people.
Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of secure identity and access management solutions, including authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze security requirements and develop technical solutions to protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and standard operating procedures.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Stay updated with the latest advancements in IAM technologies and security best practices, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Expertise in IAM Technical Architecture and Design.Good To Have Skills:Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity.Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices, including authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.Experience with cloud security and identity management solutions, such as AWS IAM or Azure AD.Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.Solid grasp of network and system security principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability management.
