Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) and performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.
Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain software applications using AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements.Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software development.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Expertise in AWS Relational Database Service (RDS).Good To Have Skills:Experience with other AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.Solid grasp of database design and SQL query optimization.
