Job Title: Software Engineer We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join our Digital Business Banking engineering team to build features and transition into the public cloud. We are a team of engineers across geographies, who are passionate about our product and our customers success. As Software Engineer - full time employee in Pune, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the Digital Banking space. Qualification • Bachelor (BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. • 3-6 years of hands-on experience of Java software design & development Skills & Experience • UI Tier - Spring MVC, Angular 12, jQuery • Business Tier - Proficient in REST API fundamentals and best practices, REST API modeling skills, Strong knowledge Java/J2EE concepts & Design Patterns. • Microservices - Knowledge of Microservices, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Hibernate. • Database knowledge - RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, experience working on Oracle/DB2/Postgres and NoSQL database like MongoDb. • Integration Tier Web-services concept -SOAP/REST, Basic knowledge of XML/XSD/XSLT and JSON. Preferred knowledge of SAML/SSO. • Knowledge of Web Server/App Server like WAS or Tomcat or JBoss or Apache http Server. • Knowledge of Queue Messaging tools like WebSphere MQ, Rabbit MQ, Kafka • Experience using Tools JIRA, SonarQube, SVN, GIT, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Checkmarx • Knowledge of any scripting language: Python/Ruby/Groovy/Shell/Perl • Basic knowledge of Static/Dynamic security scans. • Experience in writing Junit tests. • Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues required and identify RCA. • Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies. • Working experience in Agile development and Test-Driven Development. • Preferred experience in troubleshooting performance, security issues. • Preferred knowledge of Reporting tool Jasper/Open Birt/Actuate /Crystal Reports • Preferred Experience in Cloud concepts and technologies: container build and orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, container scaling. • Preferred Experience working with Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. AWS certification is a plus. • Preferred Knowledge of Banking or Financial domain. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. • Possesses strong communication skills (verbal and written) with good listening capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities. • Strong Team Player, interpersonal & presentation skills. [11:51 am, 17/04/2026] Shweta: Responsibilities • Understand functional requirements, develop, and maintain high quality software/solutions. • Be part of a team that follows agile development and participate in all agile ceremonies. • Participate in design discussions, build prototypes, produce estimates • Follow Engineering best practices & secure coding standard. • Develop and maintain unit tests/automation • Anticipate risks/dependencies, future technical needs and take necessary corrective steps. • Collaborate with various teams to implement innovative and viable solutions for commercial products and internal tools. • Produce technical & functional documentation. • Work with customer support team to resolve customer issues • Conducting Interviews and on-board new members
