• Collaborate with other teams and departments to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their knowledge and skills

Candidate Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry
• Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills
• Location: Kovilambkam, Chennai
• Shift: Day Shift
