Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specification Sales Engineer in Noida. The Specification Sales Engineer will liaise with architects, consultants, and designers to identify, educate, promote, and secure specifications for the company's products. The Specification Sales Engineer will also develop strategic plans to identify and engage new clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

o be responsible for all aspects of specification which includes:-

(a) Generate and follow leads to achieve Aarna product specifications from consultant engineers, architects and clients as appropriate and

(b) Provide technical assistance such as writing specifications, and waterproofing design advice to the specification and sales teams

(c) Act as specification lead to developing specific market segments, such as building or infra sector, as defined in the business plan

(c) Track projects and cooperate/coordinate with the sales team to ensure that specifications are turned into sales

Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, specification writing, or business development
• Demonstrated knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and design principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making processes
• Self-motivated with a strong business acumen and customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
