Senior Accountant

Role Definition

Accountant is the one who is responsible for maintaining financial data, to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing laws and regulations and handling tax-related tasks along with reporting and presenting data to the key decision makers.

Responsibility Deliverable

● Manage all accounting transactions and maintain data accurately.

● Analyze the financial data and report periodically in each cycle.

● Timely filing and compliance with existing government laws and regulations.

Tasks & Activities

● Manage all accounting transactions and maintain data accurately.

○ Capture and maintain data on a daily basis of each transaction in an agreed format. Should have proper knowledge About TDS, GST, Account payable and Receivabe.

○ Preparation of books of accounts in every cycle.

○ Handling bookkeeping of a company, preparing financial documents such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.

● Analyze the financial data and report periodically in each cycle.

○ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports in every strategic cycle.

● Timely filing and compliance with existing government laws and regulations.

○ Auditing of books, preparing financial reports for taxation purposes on a monthly basis.

○ Filming of returns on a timely basis as per government timelines.

○ Being updated with existing government regulations.
