As our client continues to innovate and expand our product offerings, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of web2 and web3 projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Product Strategy: Promote web2 and web3 projects, including enhancing and developing new blockchain-based products/services.
• Roadmap Planning: Collaborate across functions to create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product plans effectively with executives and developers.
• Market Analysis: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation.
• Product Development: Lead engineering teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features, and resolve obstacles.

The Profile

Requirements:
• Fluency in English is mandatory in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in the web2, web3 or blockchain industry.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Jira, Lark, HotJar, Figma).
• Must be technical and have previous experience in Python, Django, and React.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with remote engineers.
• Enjoys doing research and customer reviews.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to be resourceful and innovative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication is a must.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Located in Bengaluru, India
