Job Title : HR Manager

Location : Sholavaram, Redhills

Experience : Experience: 5+ Years only in any manufacturing industry (Current designation should be Assistant or Deputy Manager only)

Education : MBA full time degree is mandatory (graduation from reputed colleges are preferred)
• Transportation and food facilities is NOT available.
• Excellent English Communication is mandatory

Responsible for management all aspects of HR & Admin department. This includes recruitment, trg, performance culture, compliance, IR,CL mgmt., admin and payroll management and overall stakeholder management.
• Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Maintain Org Chart, JDs, statutory compliance, returns filings as per standard and compliant with regulations
• Drive training, engagement and PMS ensuring all employees are clear on their roles, competent to deliver goals and relevant legal & safety requirements
• Manage Administration of facilities, employee's payroll & benefits processing, vendors, safety and security Mgmt.
• Ensure people culture, IR, values, discipline in alignment with organizational values, systems and processes
