Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the projects assigned are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager will work closely with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and third-party contractors, to ensure successful project delivery. They will manage project schedules, budget, and resources while maintaining project documentation, managing risks and issues, and monitoring and reporting project progress.

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Instrumentation / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from an accredited university
• Min 6-8 years experience in managing projects for building automation and ELV Systems
• Proven experience in project management in data center / pharma / critical infra segments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of system specifications and standards
• PMP certification is a plus
