Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CCTV and other security systems Technician to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
Perform routine maintenance on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
Work with customers to ensure their CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems are installed and functioning properly
Install and configure related hardware and software
Keep accurate records of all work performed on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
Work with the sales team to provide technical support and advice on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems installations
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
