BPO Trainer

• Counseling the candidates about the courses and placement.
• Understand candidates for colleges, Student groups/ clubs and other prospective groups.
• Follow up with walk Ins to convert into enrollment.
• Maintain relationship with candidates and parents.
• Overall center operations management.
• Student mobilization.
• Staff Management.
• Monitoring and ensuring implementation of time tables and all academic activities. Mobilization& Enrolment of candidates.
• Batch formation & training supervision.
• Assessment & Certification of candidates.
• Ensure that program rolled out is as per the Schedule and all SOPs are adhered .

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹+,186.48 - ₹30,000.00 per month
