• Project Role :Cloud Platform Engineer
• Project Role Description :Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

• Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Manage the incidents, infra structure changes Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies Need to work on Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins and Gitlab.
• Technical Experience : Proven experience as Full stack developer writing java-react or java-angular based APIs Work with development team and product owners to ideate software solutions Good hands on experience in writing Java-Angular or Java-React based APIs Good to have SRE exposure Develop and manage well functioning databases Automate everyday tasks using Slack Proficiency with Git
