Service Centre Team Member-Home Loans

JOB PURPOSE :

Contributing end to end operation from loan origination to loan servicing in the service centre, along with achieving the disbursement targets for service centre. Dealing with customers on day to day basis, assisting Branch Head in operational work, ensuring compliances at individual level, managing different types of data and compliance exercises, contributing to credit and fixing teams whenever needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collection and verification of title documents pertaining to legal security for loan being disbursed.
• Execution of loan documentation and capturing of title documents.
• Execution of legal documentations resulting from post disbursal loan changes like loan amount, security, ownership under various scenarios post disbursal.
