Role:

- Will be responsible for recruitment process within the organization

- Campus recruitment & engagement with premier colleges

- Will be responsible for interview coordination, campus coordination's with premium institutions/ , salary negotiations & on-boarding

- Vendor Management

- Coordination with the Business / Practice Heads

- Conducting interviews and assessments of candidates & evaluating their skills & experience

- Data Management - developing & managing the talent data.
