Job Description

As a US Staffing Associate you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in the dynamic field of US staffing. We are looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who are motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment and are willing to work during night hours.

Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Learn and utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates for job openings in the US market.
• Communication: Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and other channels to assess their skills and qualifications.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidate profiles.
• Documentation: Assist in the documentation and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand client requirements and contribute to the candidate selection process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to better understand the US staffing industry.
• Night Shift: Be available to work during night hours to support our US-based clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
