Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

· 1-10 years of work experience

· BBA, MBA, B. Com, M. Com from recognized university.

· Regional language is must.

· Minimum 1 years training/teaching experience is must in field of Marketing/ Sales/ Sales and Operations / Sales & Services

Desirable Criteria

B.Ed. would be an added advantage

Key Responsibility Areas:

· Responsible for conducting and delivering the training in the school as per Retail curriculum.

· Responsible for conducting student assessments and evaluation.

· Coordinating with the Principal for all compliance.

· Ensure documentation and submission of reports according to project guidelines.

· Deliver training programs as per the prescribed session plan, with high delivery standards and ensure student Coverage as per defined levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Rauni, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• Teaching: 1 year (Required)
