Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2 Years as a Trainer

Suggested CTC: up to 4.5 LPA

Location: Mumbai

Key Role:
• Plan the Training Calendar
• Train Promoters and Team Leaders on New product
• Design training content for different requirement
• Pre-Assessment and Post-Training Assessment Analysis.
• Evaluate the reason behind the low performance by one on one discussion.
• Maintaining work summary, challenges, solutions
• Weekly & Monthly presentations to be prepared & presented
• Conduct Training based on areas of improvement
• Track Promoters next month's sales for improvement
