Job Discription:

 Manager Knowledge Management primary responsibility is to manage the Content and Content Delivery of the Institution.

 He is engaged in the development, creation and editing of content for various certifications and training program.

 Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e- learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.

 Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through web-based, instructor-led and virtual classroom learning formats.

Responsibility:

 Evaluate the Current Content and suggest ways to improve.

 Create a Standard Operation Plan (SOP) for Content Developers.

 Support & prepare the content structure for certification program.

 Create and manage the content preparation/prepared.

 Collaborate and coordinate with other departments on content creation/development/idea.

 Support to the academic queries.

 Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content

 Managing the content development team
