We have an urgent opening for the position of Jr Executive – HR & Admin. for a Reputed Company for (Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi) Location.

Job Description:
• Employees' attendance and updation of their leave application forms.
• Employees reimbursements and record-keeping i.e. mobile bills, outstation travels and etc.
• Assisting in preparation of monthly HR Report.
• Assistance in recruitment.
• Coordination with centers for collection of HR data i.e. joining forms, canceled cheques, attendance, etc.
• Assistance in preparation of salary of outsourced employees.
• Full & final settlement of outsourced employees.
• Updation of employee’s personal file.
• Assistance in other HR tasks.

Age: 22 to 25 Years

Special skills, mental or personality requirements:
• Pleasing personality, good communicator, comfortable working in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincere to the job, positive and creative thinker.
• PC skills like MS Excel & Powerpoint.
• Languages are known: English & Hindi.
• Male/Female candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills & computer knowledge.
