Solar technician

Description

The role holder will be responsible for project execution of Rooftop/ Ground-mounted Solar Projects in the KW to MW scale. Responsible for project management and monitoring of site construction activities as per project execution plan.
• Inception and Survey of plant
• Verification of Roof build
• Verification of plant Layout
• Verification of material Checklist
• Coordinate with I&C Contractor/Execution Agencies for smooth execution of work at site.
• Following Installation Guidelines provided to them for installation of plant
• Co Ordinating with different departments to smoother execution of project.
• Joint inspection of material receipts at site along with client
• Monitor the construction of solar power plant facilities.
• Verify and certify running bills raised by I&C /Execution Agencies as per actual site work progress.
• Implementation of the industrial standards, quality, Health & Safety Norms (HSE Guidelines).
• Co Ordinating with HSE Executive
• Review of project planning, scheduling and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings at site with I&C /Execution Agencies to monitor site execution work, progress & submission of site progress report to HO, i.e. overall site work monitoring.
• Send change to design team on daily basis for their as build FCD.
• Coordinate/liaison with Government/local authorities as per requirement.
• Responsible for execution of work as per Quality Control plan and Safety Plan.
• To monitor everyday site execution work, progress & submission of site progress report to HO, i.e. overall site work monitoring.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, mechanical/ Electrical engineers of Contractors to ensure the project is delivered as per technical specification and compliance.
• Making sure all electrical, Mechanical & civil works are as per drawings & schedule.
• Responsible for verifying the quality of all civil work as per standards, specifications, drawings, and owners instructions.
• Inspection and Certification of Method for testing (on-site lab, independent, contractor) construction materials for compliance with applicable codes and specifications, especially for soil

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Solar O&M: 2 years (Preferred)
• Solar Installation & Commissioning: 2 years (Preferred)
