Operations work from home |internship at Storlyy

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented operations specialist with a basic understanding of social media platforms and a proven track record in team management. As an operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our social media processes and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Lead and manage a team of operations associates, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and refine social media operational processes and strategies
• Use your basic knowledge of social media platforms to assist in content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
• Utilize Excel and other tools to track, analyze, and report on team performance, operational efficiency, and project status

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process management
