We are searching for a highly skilled (MERN) JavaScript developer who has expertise in React.js. Your main responsibility will be to lead a group of talented and motivated interns. Additionally, we anticipate you to design and develop exceptional user interface components and to implement widely-used React.js components when necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring that these components, as well as the overall application, are robust and easily maintainable. Furthermore, you will collaborate with various teams that work on different levels of infrastructure.

Qualifications:

- Previous work experience as a React Developer

- In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, and NodeJS

- Proficient in writing clean and readable code with proper comments

- Able to comprehend requirements, develop implement, test, analyze and solve problems, and provide technical documentation (Coding documentation)

- Capable of creating designs for small components and participating in research projects

- Creating reusable code and libraries for future use

- Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability

- Integrating the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application

- Implementing a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application

- Collaborating with other team members

- Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency

- Writing test cases for implemented modules or functionality

Requirements:

- Experience working with React/REDUX / BABEL / JSX

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6)

- Experience with HTML / CSS

- Experience with NodeJS (Express)

- Experience with MongoDB

- Experience with REST APIs

- Knowledge of any version Control system Git, SVN, etc.

- Basic Knowledge of NPM.

- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Less, Sass, etc.

- Good understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks using React JS

- Familiarity with agile methodology and proficiency in participating in the stand-up and handling tasks workflow

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong team player

- Good time-management skills

- Good sense of system architecture of Front/back end.

- Knowledge of Next.js is a plus

- Excellent debugging skills

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Babel and Webpack is a plus point.

This is a performance-based role
