Job Summary:

Looking for an engineer for our client https://prutech.com/ to work with streaming data as part of the Enterprise Information Protection team. Beginner knowledge in security is okay as long as you are willing to learn from experts.

You should be an skilled NiFi Developer with at least 2 years of experience, who possesses knowledge in both Apache NiFi, Python.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration workflows using NiFi while leveraging Python for data processing tasks.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Apache NiFi to facilitate data movement and processing across various systems.

Utilize Python scripting for data processing, transformation, and enrichment tasks within the NiFi data flows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design efficient data pipelines.

Monitor and troubleshoot existing NiFi data flows to identify and resolve issues related to data transfer, data quality, and performance bottlenecks.

Implement security measures and data governance practices to protect sensitive information and comply with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage NiFi instances in production environments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a NiFi Developer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Apache NiFi and its components, including processors, controllers, and reporting tasks.

Familiarity with data formats like JSON, XML, Avro, and CSV, and experience in data serialization/deserialization.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
