BPO Senior Manager

Position General Duties:

Configuration Analysis Advisor Drives the project from front and ensure liaison function between the medical, corrections and Legal communities to promote Understanding of complex issues including any legally mandated stipulation agreements.

Role Responsibilities:

Claims Liaison functions as liaison between the medical, corrections and Legal communities to promote understanding of complex issues including any legally mandated stipulation agreements.

Maintain consistent delivery outcomes, leading to higher client satisfaction

Business Process Implementation and Stabilization

Managed Service Delivery for configuration services for various products and plans.

Perform research & analysis of business requirements and integration of business solutions for Configurations services.

Interact and build a communication channel with internal and client teams to understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes.

Manage and build activity of both standard and custom product offerings

Ensure compliance with SLA's - Accuracy, Productivity and TAT

Requirement Analysis, Gap Analysis, Defect Analysis

Resource Management/Risk Management/Stakeholder Management/Configuration Management

Coordinate and manage solution implementation with partner, consultant, and client resources.

Device and implement Best Practices and Process Improvement Plans

Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets

Developing and implementing ideas for the daily volume of the team

Managing the team so that there is a smooth and quality movement of the given work

Required Skills:

10 + year(s) experience in client and people Management and

University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies

Experience in pricing/Benefit configuration and Claims Liaison

Good knowledge in MS-office.

Ability to work within a project-oriented environment

Strong experience in US Healthcare
