Web Developer

Equabli is seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our remote team. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our website to ensure an optimal user experience for our members and stakeholders. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to implement new features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure the website's performance and security.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to translate requirements into functional website features and designs.
• Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement and customize content management system (CMS) templates, plugins, and extensions.
• Optimize website performance by conducting regular audits, optimizing code, and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure website security by implementing best practices, monitoring vulnerabilities, and addressing potential risks.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve bugs and improve user experience.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Candidate must have experience in WordPress Plug-in and Theme development and customization.
• Developing front-end websites and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP
• We build technology based on the web that helps companies with their marketing or operations.
• Able to build high-performance, scalable, and SEO Friendly websites on the WordPress platform.
• The responsibilities include active development, deployment, and ensuring product stability and security.
• Knowledge of web security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology or related disciplines
