Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage all operations in the kitchen.
• Should have knowledge about making Donuts
• Should have knowledge about preparing milk based cheeses (cream cheese, ricotta, etc)
• Check quality of raw materials and update daily / weekly inventory
• Check condition of equipment's ( planetary mixer, proofer, etc) and report if any repairs or maintenance is needed.
• Must comply with food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Should cooperate and coordinate with team.
