Process Name : Banking INBOUND & (WebChat) Email Chat Support Non Voice
• Any Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline.
• Minimum 1-Year experience in any Customer Service (E-mail or Chat / Telecom Voice).
• Graduates who know to Read and Write Hindi will be an added advantage. (Freshers also eligible).
• Rotational Shift 6 Days Working / 1 day rotational week off.
• Shift Timing - 7 AM to 1 AM (Any + hours shift). (One Way Cab Drop Facility).
• CTC 1+,400k PM
