Designation : Telecaller /Telesales

Essential Duties /Responsibilities/ Skill Set
• Calling active and new clients for business generation.
• Directing prospects to the sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Keep records of calls and sales information and make notes of each conversation.
• Fix the meetings with interested clients.
