Job Description :

Candidate will be responsible to lead a team of Domain Consultants in defining the functional architecture, roadmap of the SupTech platform build for various business lines such as Banking, Capital Markets, Pension funds, Insurance etc Candidate will be interfacing with the client business heads, technology architects in defining the overall solution blueprint and implementation roadmap. Will own the responsibility of all the domain deliverables within the program.

Job Description: -

Total Experience: At least 20+ years in IT domain or Change Consultancy

Should have experience in managing functional requirements in owning the change for large complex implementation in agile ways of working

Should have hand-on experience in defining L1 L2 and L3 requirements for business

Should have experience in getting the business sign-off of the requirements

Should have worked as business change consultant lead

Should have been a business architect or specialist for large scale IT programs in BFSI domain

Should have experience in blue printing for coming up with Business Roadmap for large transformation programs.

Should have experience in implementing at least 3 large programs in a similar role and domain

Should have experience of more than 7 years as Solution Architect in large projects of similar nature
