PostgreSQL Database Administrator | AWS|Azure

Job Description :

- Strong experience working on Postgres database in the production environment.

- DBA will be supporting the customer on a 24x7 support.

- Should have hand-on experience on Postgres user management and maintenance.

- Should have worked on security implementation for Postgres database.

- Have worked on Backup and Recovery.

- Must have database related issue troubleshooting / analytical skills and strong at performance tuning

- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Should be well versed with the DB replication including Streaming, Londiste, Logical, etc.

- Hands on experience with EFM, HA technologies

- Hands on knowledge of DB migration, major version upgradation

- Hands on at Postgres to other DB and other DB to Postgres migration

- Hands on AWS RDS, Azure SQL for PostgreSQL, etc. PaaS services

Requirements :

- Knowledge of Cloud Technology will take precedence.

- Knowledge of other databases like MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL will be an added advantage.
