• Engaging with BU Heads
• New joiner integration and retention
• Overall retention of talent
• Rolling out performance management process & Analysis
• Identification of poor performance and action plan to bring them up to the mark/ performance evaluations
• Identification of top talent and action plan to groom them to next level (upskilling/ soft skills/ opportunities/ projects/ etc.)
• Managing staff wellness & engagement initiatives.
• Being aware of Market best practices & Competitor analysis
• Support in driving Organization culture behaviors
• Handling employee grievances and sensitive cases
• Succession planning
• WF Pyramid management/ Org structure

Requirements
• 5+ years working experience in a multinational corporate environment/ Big4/ mid or top-tier consulting firm.
• Excellent experience in Strategic HR and strategy formulation.
