Sales Administrator

Looking for 3-5 years experience

Non – Technical :
• Candidate must go through aptitude test and results to be shared with us along with their CV's
• Proven Excel skills ( Look ups, Formulas, Regression, Data Analysing )
• Strictly adhering to departments SOP and Policies
• Maintaining and monitoring respective departments Sales document reports
• Coverup of colleague during vacations or absence
• Attending customers calls with no or minimal abandoned calls.

Technical General :
• Must have SAP SD module working experience with advanced / moderate different module integrations (MM , FI, WMS etc)
• Clear and good understanding of Sales Cycle ( Enquiry – Quotation – Sales Order – Delivery – Billing – Proof of delivery )
• Understanding of customer documents like ( Quotation, Purchase order, Returns request, Loan request document, Inter branch requests, Inter Company requests, Order to Order stock movements, Purchase Requisition , Supplier Purchase orders, Goods receipt etc)
• Clarifying and understanding of making changes (adding / Cancelling any lines) in sales document like Quotation or Sales order

Technical : Documents creation on SAP
• Quotation Creation ( Sales Quotations, Tender Quotations, Cash Quotations, Miscellaneous etc ) with monitoring and holding the items GPM % threshold.
• Creating Sales Orders document (Direct Sales, Cash Sales, Inter branch, inter company, Loans, credit returns, loan returns )on SAP after clarifying its financial and stock prerequisites.
• Issuing Outbound delivery considering BOM
• Creation of invoice document
• Inter branch and intercompany purchase orders creation.

Understanding the Cons of stock movement (Order to Order, Plant to plant etc), clearing all prerequisite before movement.

Experience from Trading Company or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage
