Chat Process

• Able to provide customer service to international client.
• Capable of handling customer queries and resolve their problems efficiently and quickly to retain them
• Understand customer needs and provide them relevant solutions through chats and mails
• Able to handle multiple customers and their queries simultaneously and achieve customer satisfaction
• Able to work in rotational shifts (7 AM 4 PM, 1 PM 10 PM, 10 PM 7 AM)
• Good communication skill
• Capable of communicating in English (verbal and written)
• Fresher / 13 years experienced in voice or nonvoice

Salary:
₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

• Day shift
