Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated customer support representative to join our growing company. As a Customer Support, you will focus on understanding the customer’s problem and troubleshooting it with an optimal and effective solution. We are looking for a perfect fit for our organization who should be an excellent communicator and can able to earn our customer trust.

Responsibilities:

Manage students’ course progress.

Interact with students to know about their problems and provide accurate Solutions.

Handle Inbound and Outbound Calling for Customer Service.

Look after E-mail and Chat Support.

Tackle students’ escalation queries and provide solutions.

Make strategies to achieve the course completion target.

Taking up Interaction calls via Zoom.

Eager to learn new things and Implement new ideas to the products.

Experience: Graduate with 0-1 year of experience (Preferred).

Language: Hindi and English Mandatory.

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
