Position : Invoicing and Cash Collection Executive

Job Location : Hyderabad
• Primary role

Monthly invoice generation on timely basis
Set targets for collection field executive and monitor performance
Maintain Invoice & Collections MIS - collections entry, Invoice submission status updation & pending recovery reports generation and sharing with stakeholders
Customer engagement - Engage with key customers to ensure timely payment. Field visits on need basis to enable collections and support team for long overdue payments recovery
Maintain control on Advance receivable amount and plan for reducing the same
• Skills

MS excel skills for MIS data entry, Data analysis and reporting
ERP data entry and report generation
Negotiation skills to enable recovery from customers
Relationship management with Key Customers - B2B facility managers, Finance managers & accounts personnel
Email writing skills to communicate professionally with customers
Self driven and team player
Spoken language skills - English, Telugu & Hindi (preferably)
