Responsibilities

o Achieve recovery targets while coordinating with head office.

o Ability to travel long distance / work extensive hours.

o Handle customer queries professionally according to company guidelines.
Requirements

O GCE A/L and O/L.

o Minimum 1 year experience on the recoveries of the financial products.

o Possess a valid riding license.

O Preferance will be given to retired government /forces / police officers.

O Appearing the Mediation Board for due settlements on behalf of the company.
Requirements

o Ability to handle the negotiations with mediation board.

O Individual who have experience working in private / public sector.

o Preference will be given to retired government/forces / police officers.
