We are urgently hiring for Genesys Support Engineer for an International BPO.

Location: - Gurgaon

Department: - Information Technology

Requirements:-
• At least 5 years supporting Genesys Framework with Inbound Voice, Outbound and Multimedia. (A Must)
• Genesys Log reading and troubleshooting
• RealTime Reporting ,CCPulse
• GVP, Cisco Gateways, Avaya, SIP (nice to have).
