Position - Store Cum Admin Executive

YOU Broadband is looking for Store Cum Admin Executive who is looking for challenging and innovative environment to meet our business requirements
• Housekeeping, Repairs & Painting, Security.
• Train and Air Bookings, Hotel Stay Arrangement, Car Hire Pick and Drop arrangement.
• Office , Store, Security , Housekeeping agreement & Shop act License, & Vendor Registration & Creation.
• Employee Welfare and Event Management.
• Local Purchase.
• Basic knowledge Of Computer Like Word & Excel.
• Basic Knowledge regarding Warehouse Management.
• Basic Knowledge of Invoice Processing.
• Knowledge of Housekeeping Activities
• Knowledge of New Vendors Developments for office related required materials. admin rel5- Proper Knowledge of Stores & Logistics.
• Basic knowledge Regarding AMC.
• Basic Knowledge of Stores Like Inbound & Outbound
• Knowledge Regarding Physical Verification & Materials Reconciliation.

Required Skills :
• Skills to develop Housekeeping and security handling.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• AMC and Agreement processing.
• Tea coffee arranging for staff.
• Vehicle and Driver handling.
• Accommodation arranging for other location staff.
• Bill processing as per company policy.

Qualification / Experience :
• Graduate
• 1 - 3 Years Experience
