Commercial Real Estate Specialist

Job Details:
The Executive will be required to survey the territory and develop excellent relationships with the Commercial property landlords and corporates. The person should be self driven to maintain excellent relationships with landlords and get property onboard. The Executive will be responsible for collecting the property data and maintaining a repository of the same.

Job Responsibility:
• The candidate will be responsible for visiting commercial spaces in Pune region to
generate property requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various activities like
market survey, calling in offices to know property requirements.
• Leasing of Commercial/Corporate Spaces
