Job Description

We are looking for Candidates having knowledge in advanced Excel like Pivot table, H lookup, V lookup etc.

Good Typing Speed (Minimum 25w/m)

Conduct daily audits of reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.

Publish reports and dashboards on a daily basis to provide insights to stakeholders.

Manage, maintain, and update software reports to ensure their reliability and usefulness.

Gather, analyze, and evaluate business requirements to design and develop effective solutions.

Assist with training and onboarding measures to ensure that end-users can effectively use IT systems.

Utilize proficiency in Excel to prepare and analyze MIS reports.

Design, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.

Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and make improvement plans to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems.

Required Candidate Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Knowledge of IT systems, including software, hardware, databases, and networks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior Experience In a Similar Role Is Preferred.
