Human Resources Executive

Promilo.com (Sawara Solutions Pvt Ltd) Industry: IT Software - SAAS Location: Bangalore Mode: Full-Time Salary: 15k - 20k Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting and hiring for various positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, and a passion for finding the best talent.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records of all candidates in the ATS
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
