About Job:
• Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via chat and Calls
• Qualification : 10+2 or 10+3 or Graduate.
• Must have international voice/Chat/Mail Process experience.
• Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written
• Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support
• Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues
• Should be flexible with rotational shifts
• Free Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
• Free food facility
• 5 days working 2 days off
