Job Description

The National Operations Manager is responsible for the delivery of high quality customer service as it pertains to routine operation of machines, preventative and breakdown maintenance of equipment, and support the Aftermarket Services business growth
• Leadership and performance of Service team consisting of Section Heads and blue collared employees
• Execution of Rental Service Contracts in a safe manner and profitably
• Management of machines and manpower at the various depots located in different parts of the country
• On-time preventive maintenance of Machines after contract period and availability of spares
• Provide active, timely and strong support to the Business Development efforts for Rental Services
• Customer interfacing/management/troubleshooting as it pertains to field projects
• Working with key stakeholders ensuring smooth After Market Operations

The Successful Applicant
• 15+ years of exp in Service Engineering/Field Operations at Heavy Machinery/Mining Equipment/Construction Equipment/Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Industrial companies
• B.Tech in Mechanical preferred
• Must have experience of managing a workshop floor having done manpower and process optimisation
• Must have dealt with blue collar workers whilst working closely with the other leadership stakeholders in the company
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, train, mentor and assess staff
