Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Deep Ayurveda (www.deepayurveda.com), a leading Ayurvedic manufacturing company is looking for Digital marketing manager who use various channels to reach customers, build their brands awareness and promote products. They wear many hats, making them creative strategies with deep knowledge of digital media planning strategies.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
• Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Working with your team to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
• Planning and managing our social media platform.
• Evaluating important metrics that affect our websites traffic, service quotas and target audience.
• Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways and other digital projects.
• Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience
• Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing or relevant field.
• 6-10 yrs of experience in Digital marketing.
• Experience in the field of health, wellness or organic product is the plus.
• In- depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS & Java script is required.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Knowledge of some basic design skills like Photoshop, adobe, canvas, ink space etc.
• Excellent in Customer Relationship Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Mohali

Salary: 50k-60k per month + Variable monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly incentive.
