Job Description : IT Technical Project Manager for managing Portal Development and Channel Partner Integration
Job Location : Mumbai
Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or MCA
Experience : 8 - 14 years' experience in Software Development and Project Management
Role Description - IT Project Manager, IT Project Delivery, Development and maintenance of technology-based solutions, Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Technology Stack
• Knowledge and experience in MVC .NET or new age technologies like Node Js, React Js, Angular Js, Flutter etc.
• Knowledge and experience in new age database and caching components like NoSQL DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis cache
• Knowledge and experience in Microservices, Web API
• Knowledge of the cloud native services of AWS and GCP cloud platform
• Knowledge of Apigee API Gateway, DevOps tools, Google Cloud, code review tools etc.
Must have : Experience in Agile Methodology, DevOps, B2C portal management experience, System Integration, Payment Gateway Integration
Nice to have : Experience in Cloud Native technologies, Experience of Integration with Aggregators/Channel Partners, Business Rule Engine, Participation in audits, eKYC integration, General Insurance Domain Knowledge
Responsibilities
• Project Management, CR Management, Stakeholder management
• Projects/CRs - estimation, project planning, tracking progress and timely escalations
• Driving 10-15 members team as well as coordination with other internal / Vendor IT teams, Business teams and Infra team to ensure meeting deadlines as per the published project plan
• Analyse the business requirement and formulate the approach for the application using the cloud native technologies
• Vendor Management (managing multiple vendors, tracking action items, query resolution, day to day coordination and status updates)
• Participation in requirements discussions, technical solutions, query resolution
• Help project team with the design and development tasks
• Work multiple projects simultaneously
• Foster partnership with stakeholders

• Experience in managing and leading application team with strong hands on technical and project management skills
• Strong analytical, project management, decision-making, problem-solving and influencing skills
• Good understanding on database design and queries (MS SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL)
• Insurance domain understanding (Motor and Health Insurance will be an advantage)
• Ability to make high-level design choices for Web Technologies
• Understanding business requirements, Estimation, Creating Technical Design Document, Software Development, Testing and Defect Analysis
• Participation in solution, design and code review activities
• Excellent external and internal client-facing verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing a fast-paced development life cycle with multi-disciplinary teams and third-party vendors
