Event Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Working on all-round event life cycle, strategizing business development, planning, and working on execution.
2. Working on client servicing and operations largely.
3. Working to plan marketing and promotional campaigns for the event.
4. Traveling for event marketing and execution.
5. Coordinating with various chambers of commerce and association.
6. Creating and managing timelines and budgets, developing comprehensive plans, and staying one step ahead of the competition.

Required:

1. Have an extreme passion for events.
2. A go-getter with an extremely high level of energy.
3. Good communications skills - verbal and written.
4. Results-driven event manager with experience in managing and supporting small and big events to join our team.
5. The successful candidate must have proven experience and be a highly organized and creative thinker.
