Job Location: Bangalore/NCR/Chennai/All locations

Responsibilities:
Participate in all aspects of the SDLC (analysis, design, coding testing & implementation).
Work with onshore and offshore team members from IT, Ops & Business.
Analyze business requirements; write functional and minor development specifications.
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
Must have considerable experience developing applications under an onshore-offshore model.
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Implementation of security and data protection
Integration of data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}}

Skills and attributes for success
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent and 5 – 7 years of application development experience on an HP Non-Stop/Tandem system.
Extensive experience in HPNS COBOL, HPNS COBOL85, HPNS Native COBOL, HPNS SQL/MP, INSPECT, TAL calls.
Experience in Pathway servers and configuration, HPNS Guardian environment, TACL, FUP, SQLCI.
Experience working with audited and non-audited ENSCRIBE files.
Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
Experience working in integration projects.
Understanding accessibility and security compliance
Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents
Good time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once
Powerful desire to understand and learn domain.
Secondary Skills / Desired skills
Cloud certification in AWS or Azure is preferable.
Have experience in the financial services/banking industry specifically in the Wealth Management domain.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
Experience in projects managed in accordance with AGILE (SCRUM) methodology
Knowledge on the CMMI framework
Knowledge on writing Unit test cases and carrying out Unit testing using Junit
