Grace Locks Limited, a public limited company manufacturing door locks, door handles, modular kitchens and wardrobes in Chandigarh and Baddi and selling throughout India, has vacancy for Accountant (3-7 yrs work ex) with good knowledge of Spreadsheets software. Selected candidates will have a chance to work with our Company's Senior Accountant (over 12 years work ex) and make a long-term and stable career in a reputed Company.

Job Location will be Corporate Office at Industrial Area Phase 1 Chandigarh.

Job Description:

Sales Invoice Processing

Purchase Invoice and Voucher Entry

Vendor payments, Employee reimbursement and reconciliation.

Knowledge in TDS deduction, Payments, TDS Returns

Bank Reconciliation

Monthly and Yearly GST Return Filing

Salary/Wages Preparation

Gratuity ESI PF Calculations and Return Filing

Coordinating with CA

Annual Closing and IT/ROC Return Filing

All other Accounts Related Work

Company uses Busy ERP for above processes. Experience of Busy ERP will be added advantage.
