Job Title: Housekeeping Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Trainer to join our team at Gostops.

The ideal candidate will provide on-floor training to the housekeeping staff, oversee their performance, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies. The role requires hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations, excellent organizational and team management skills, and a willingness to travel for 15-20 days a month.

Responsibilities:

● On -Floor training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks

● Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis

● Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards

● Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

● Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding.

● Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public spaces.

Requirements:

● Candidates from South India will be preferred

● 0-3 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or trainer role

● Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations

● Excellent organizational and team management skills

● Willing to travel for 15-20 days a month

● Experience in Hotels/hospitals/Facility Management

● Good Communication skills and a smart Personality

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
