Responsibilities:
-> Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
-> Collaborate with different teams and clients to gather and analyze there requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
-> Architect and implement software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
-> Write clean & managable code using industry best practices.
-> Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding guidelines and quality standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
-> Identify and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
-> Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in application development, and apply them to enhance existing applications or develop new ones.
-> Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and support to foster their professional growth.
-> Collaborate with project managers to estimate development efforts, define project timelines, and deliver software solutions within agreed-upon deadlines.
-> Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
-> Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements, tools, and methodologies to optimize software development practices.
Qualifications:
-> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-> Proven experience as a Senior Application Developer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering software projects.
-> Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
-> In-depth knowledge of relational databases and SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing database schemas.
-> Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and familiarity with related tools like Jira or Trello.
-> Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
-> Solid understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.
-> Familiarity with cloud platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience in developing cloud-native applications is a plus.
-> Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-> Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
